The connector processes your tool requests and returns court records and document text to your connected AI platform. These records may contain personal or sensitive information. Read AI assistants and MCP for details about tool inputs, returned information, filtering, document links, and your AI platform's privacy practices. An original filing or OCR document opened through a document link is served directly by CourtAPI/PACER and may not have passed through the connector's text redaction.
